Individual Counselling
I provide individual counselling services to adult clients with various concerns, with a specialization in anxiety/panic. I aim to help clients change the way they relate to their anxiety by exploring the core beliefs and difficult memories that perpetuate anxious thoughts/feelings, while developing more effective coping strategies.

Counselling provides a safe, non-judgemental place to explore and process difficulties related to behaviours, thoughts, feelings, memories, and relationships. As a therapist, I can help you to find relief from emotional pain, make positive changes, and gain a sense of clarity.
In the counselling room, you can discover where your problems stem from, and the factors that may be maintaining them. You will be able to identify which behaviours or coping strategies may no longer be serving you, and guided through the process of forming new habits. Finally, you will be helped to overcome internal blockages (e.g., harsh self-criticism) and discover your true values and strengths.

Couples Counselling
I work with couples on a variety of concerns, including communication difficulties, pre-marital counselling, infidelity recovery, separation and divorce, conflict resolution, fertility issues and lack of connection/intimacy.
Couples therapy offers an opportunity to identify and improve problematic patterns of interaction, while strengthening the emotional connection and relationship satisfaction.
Whether you are seeking couples counselling after a crisis or after a prolonged period of disconnection or conflict, I can help partners to develop effective communication skills, process resentments, respond to unmet needs, and foster a sense of closeness and appreciation for each other.
