In my experience, people often seek counselling when they find themselves stuck in vicious cycles related to their relationships, their behaviours, or their self-talk. Much of my work involves helping people to break free from these distressing patterns, and move towards a more fulfilling and peaceful life.
As a counsellor, I can help you to deepen your self-understanding, lessen emotional pain, and improve your relationships.
I hold a master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of British Columbia and I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (#18051) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors.
I practice from a client-centred, trauma-informed approach, integrating various evidence-based approaches to suit your specific needs.
